Taro Okamoto Memorial Museum

Memorial Hall
A museum erected on the site of artist Taro Okamoto’s studio and home. The museum exhibits a large collection of the artist’s works, including sketches and oil paintings. Okamoto’s work area is also displayed just as it looked when the artist was alive and the museum’s materials relating to postwar culture in Japan are a highlight. The museum holds numerous events that are musts for fans of the artist.
