Space Museum TeNQ (宇宙ミュージアムTeNQ(テンキュー))

3.5

Museum / Science Museum

An entertainment-oriented museum located inside Tokyo Dome City where visitors can enjoy outer space from a variety of perspectives. TeNQ is filled with things to see and do, including a variety of exhibits concerning space as well as a laboratory operated in conjunction with the University of Tokyo’s University Museum. In the popular Theater SORA, guests can watch video presentations projected in a theater buried in an 11 meter diameter hole in the ground. Watching visuals stretching all the way beneath your feet will make you feel like you are floating in the air.

TenQ Space Museum is on the 6th floor, in a building close to the Tokyo Dome baseball stadium. And is a five minute walk from Suidobashi Station.

I believe it was around $10 - $12 American entrance...

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
