Yamaga Onsen Sakurayu
This day use hot spring facility is in Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It was demolished in 1973, rebuilt in 2012, and is now one of the largest wooden spas on the island of Kyushu. It features a spacious inner bathing area replete with stone and wood, and its free-flowing alkaline simple thermal spring is said to be good for the skin. They also regularly hold special events such as Yamaga Sakurayu kaito Festival, and more.
