熊本駅を利用する機会に恵まれたのでランチで利用しました。馬刺定食をいただきました。六種盛りとなっており、どの部位も柔らかくて旨味があり、甘味もありでおいしくいただけました。馬汁も具沢山でよかったです。中心地から離れておりますが行く価値はあります。

熊本らしい料理を食べたいのなら間違いないです。上品な店内で馬料理を堪能することができるので、県外からのお客様などを接待するには間違いないですね。霜降りの馬刺しもおいしいですが、馬肉は火を通したものもおいしいんですよ。

馬料理専門天國さんへ訪問。
馬刺し六種盛りとしゃぶしゃぶ、ヒレステーキを食べました。どれも美味しかった。アバラやタンが特に、美味しかった。
