地元のお餅やオリジナルお菓子が販売されてます。大判焼きみたいなお菓子はたくさん買っている人がいました。（目の前で売り切れちゃった）
木のぬくもりとヘルシーな料理

主要な柱や梁に杉丸太が使用されているので木のぬくもりを感じさせる建物です。地元特産品の干し椎茸やカボスを使った加工品がメインに並んでおり、ジビエ（猪肉）の加工肉も販売されていました。レストランでは地元の無農薬野菜を使用した天ぷらや煮物、うどんなどがありヘルシー志向でした。また、施設の裏側が公園になっており、川沿いの石垣や石造りのアーチ橋もあるなど見どころもありました。

道の駅の蕎麦屋さんにピーマンソフトがあります。いかにもピーマン。ピーマンミルク蕎麦の実の三種盛りはオススメ^ ^私が好きだったのは蕎麦の実ソフトです。おまんじゅう類も美味しいです。
