A roadside station situated along National Route 263 in Umeno, Yamato-cho, Saga City. The station sells fresh, local vegetable, Matsuume rice, and other agricultural products; dried persimmons (a local specialty product) and ice cream and yokan jelly made with dried persimmons; and craft goods like Nao washi Japanese paper. The adjoining bread bakery also offers dried persimmon soft serve ice cream. Adjoined by a caravan campground, visitors can also enjoy barbecuing and fishing here (visitors must bring their own fishing gear).

鶏めし弁当とピーチサンド

道の駅大和の農産物直売所です。先日家人を案内し昼食＆買い物。昼食の献立はそよかぜ館で購入した鶏めし弁当、唐揚げ、ピーチサンドなど。テラス席でごちそう様しましたが、普通以上に美味でしたね。ピーチサンドは甘さ控えめのクリームたっぷり。家人も私も思わずいいね！自宅に持ち帰ったのはムカゴ、煎餅、蒸しパン。3品ともコスパ良。家人の総合評価は「また買い物したい」・・・案内した甲斐がありましたね。

地元の食材が安価で手に入ります。残念なのはランチができないことかな。駐車場は広すぎるくらい広いです。
干し柿が有名

食べませんでしたが、干し柿ソフトなる旗がたなびいていました。干し柿も沢山売ってありました。入り口で、地元の焼酎や手作り干物、屋台もありました。野菜も色々な種類が沢山ありました。豆腐や惣菜もあります。
