A squid specialty restaurant located in Tononoura, Yobuko-cho, Karatsu City. The restaurant serves seafood from the Genkai Sea and dishes made with Yobuko's famous live squid, including squid ikizukuri and squid shumai steamed dumplings. In addition to set meals like an ikizukuri set meal, seafood rice bowls, and a kaiseki course meal featuring all manner of squid dishes, the establishment also offers reservation only course meals. In the adjoining Yobuko Kaishu Kodawari Kobo, visitors can watch squid shumai being made beyond a glass window and purchase some of these tasty dumplings to bring home.

日帰りバスツアーの早目の夕食で訪問しました。イカの胴体は活き作りで出され、各自皿に取った後、頭や足は天ぷらになってまた、出てきました。どれも美味しかったです。

このお店でイカの活き造りの夕食をいただきました。ツアーでの利用でしたので、3階の広間等を利用しての食事でした。活き造りを食べた後、残ったイカをフライにしていただきましたが、フライのイカも美味しかったです。イカ専門店らしく賑わいを見せていました。
