"A National Place of Scenic Beauty located in Ikuwa, Kanzaki-machi, Kanzaki City. The site consists of a garden and a villa which was built by Saga businessman Yataro Itami in 1892. Its name literally means the ""Nine Year Hermitage,"" a reference to the nine years it took to complete the garden.
