Kurawankan

A facility dedicated to Hasami ware located in Isekigo, Hasami Town, Higashisonogi County, Nagasaki Prefecture. There are classroom facilities for pottery painting and potter's wheel throwing on the first floor, as well as a shop selling Hasami ware and other local specialty products. The second floor of the museum contains exhibits on the history of Hasami ware as well as example pieces. The facility is also adjoined by Yakimono Park, which has an outdoor museum plaza containing recreations of 12 historic kilns from various ages dating back to ancient times.
