Michi no Eki Road Station

"This roadside station is located in Sonogishukugo, Higashisonogi Town, Higashisonogi County along National Route 205. Besides selling produce and specialty products such as the well-known ""Sonogi-cha (green tea),"" it also provides meals such as ""Dago-jiru"" using whale meat. It is also adjacent to the prefecturally-designated historic site ""Hisagozuka Kofun (ancient tomb)"" and the Higashisonogi Town Folk History Museum."

「道の駅 彼杵の荘」初めての訪問
お茶とみかんと鯨が有名だそうです。
彼杵茶のソフトクリームを頂きました。お茶の味がしっかりして、以外とあっさりでとても美味しかった。お店には彼杵茶の試食コーナーもあり、お茶も美味しいのでたくさん買いました。入口には色々な種類のみかんの試食もあります。
みかんも美味しい。地元の物や、お茶を使ったスイーツも色々あって、たくさん買い物でき楽しい道の駅でした。

名物に美味いもの無しと言いますが、今川焼き風のだだちゃ豆?のはいった焼き物、とっても美味しかったです。関東にはありません。

彼杵(そのぎ)と言う地名はたぶん長崎にご縁がない方には結構難読地名だと思います。
東そのぎインターの案内看板に道の駅 彼杵の荘がETC2.0搭載の車は一時退出可(もちろん戻るルートには適用されません)とあったので行ってみました。
17時を回っていたので物販のブースはだいぶ売り切れていて残念でした。
行って分かったのは東彼杵はくじらが有名らしく、くじら製品がたくさん売られていて鯨ベーコンも売っていま...
