The shop sells fresh baked castella made by skilled artisans using eggs exclusively from a specially contracted farm in Unzen. The shop also offers castella sweets like the ""Nagasaki Chocolate Castella,"" castella covered with bitter chocolate; and ""Kireka"" double layered castella consisting of a regular castella layer and an azuki bean castella layer; plus Nagasaki style Chinese dishes like chanpon and kakuni stew."
