明太子の味が負けています

ご飯の上に野沢菜や卵などが乗っており、その上に明太子が乗っているメニューを注文しました。明太子と言っても辛くないので、卵や野沢菜と混ぜて食べると明太子の味は負けてしまいます。食感はさっぱりしているということになりますが、程よい辛さが有った方が美味しそうですね。

博多駅のくうてん９階にあるめんたい料理の専門店。あぶった鯛と明太子のご飯を注文すると、お茶漬けでも楽しめた。多少値は張るが、その価値はある。お店の雰囲気もよい。
