This drive-in rest stop is located on the side of the Kuroshio Line in Niida, Kochi City. It features four restaurants for visitors to enjoy. At the Tosa Tataki Dojo, guests can eat freshly-caught skipjack tuna they seared themselves with burning straw. At the café Kashiko, guests can enjoy sweets made with adzuki bean paste. Other restaurants include Kujira no Ippuku, which offers seared skipjack tuna donburi (rice bowls), and Omusubi Kororin, which specialized in udon noodles. There is also a shop that offers processed Tosa seafood products, local sake, local sweets, and other local products.

桂浜の観光を終えて、空港に向かう途中で、最後のお土産を購入する場所として立ち寄りましたが、特に珍しいものも販売されてなく、店内を散策するだけしかしカツオを食べる事も出来ますので、ランチには良かったかもしれません。
私にとっては、真に遍路における「修行」の場所でした

事前情報なく店の名前に惹かれて立ち寄りましたが、高知に来たらカツオを食べなくちゃということでボリューム満点のカツオ定食をいただきました。店員さんもいろいろな食べ方を教えてくれるので安心です。中でも店内に用意してあるだし汁をかけて食べるカツオ丼は美味しかったです。駐車場も広く、お土産コーナーも人気で多くの人で賑わっていました。
