This venerable restaurant specializing in eel cuisine is located in Ko, Sakawa Town, Takaoka County. Each eel is prepared and broiled to order in a secret sauce which has been made by adding new sauce to the original sauce since it was founded in 1913. All seating at the restaurant, which requires a reservation, is in private rooms.

もう少し味わいがあるものと想像していたのですが、上白糖の甘さを感じました。
私個人としては、塩味を加えた深い甘味の方が好みです。

完全予約制という事なので、高知市内から予約を入れて行ってきた。
11時30分からというが、少し早く着いたので伝統的な街歩きを楽しんだ。
きっちり11時30分。店に行き、二階の座敷に案内された。途中廊下には阪急ブレーブスの写真やユニフォームなどが展示されていた。入団早々のイチローの写真も発見!

鰻魚烤的焦香,醬汁微甜把鰻魚的味道提起來 每一口飯都是豐富的口感。不過比較適合開車來,坐巴士會比較麻煩,不在市中心。
