This hot spring spa is located in Shimosuematsu, Nankoku City is sourced from a natural sodium chloride hot spring 1,200 meters underground. The hot spring water is said to help with conditions such as nerve pain, muscle soreness, joint pain, bruises, sprains, sensitivity to cold, and fatigue. It is also said to help with convalescence and to promote good health. The spa offers indoor baths as well as open-air baths equipped with black granite bathtubs and cascading stream baths. Other facilities include saunas, a flowing water walking course, a 25-meter hot spring pool with a Jacuzzi, a training room, a restaurant, and more.

ジャグジーや打瀬湯などいろいろあって楽しい

クルーズ船で高知にきたのですが、両親がスーパー銭湯がいい、というのでレンタカーで行きました。高知市内から30分ぐらい。駐車場は広く、中のお風呂もいろいろ種類があって良いです。隣にはプールもあって、別料金？で利用できるみたいです。風呂から上がって、中の食堂でカツオのたたき定食を食べました。

レンタカーでの移動で時間が有り寄ってみました。日帰り入浴にしては900円と多少高いですが、水着があれば水泳も楽しめるようです。ぬるめ・熱め・スチームサウナ・高温サウナ・打たせ湯・ジャグジーなど豊富な温泉施設です。講習を受ければ筋トレのフィットネス施設利用も料金に含まれているため、リピーターにはリーズナブルな施設と言えます。

プールで泳いだ後には温泉に浸かり、ゆっくり疲れを取るのことができます。ジャグジー、サウナもあり、一通りは揃っている印象です。
