須崎の名物と言えば、やはり、鍋焼きラーメン、すっきりとした鶏ガラのスープでしょうゆ味、これと言って特別な感じのラーメンでは、無いのですが、意外や、くせになる味なのです。

須崎名物、鍋焼きラーメンの代表格。行列列必至の人気とのことですが、平日16時の訪問でしたので流石に空いてました。

鍋焼きラーメンは戦後まもない頃、谷口食堂から始まりましたが店主が亡くなり閉店。その後、意志を受け継ぎご当地グルメとして発展しました。

鍋焼きラーメンの定義は
1.親鳥の鶏ガラ醤油ベース
2.細麺ストレート。固ゆで
3.具は親鳥の肉、葱、ちくわ、生卵
4.鍋は土鍋

卵入りのグツグツした鍋です。細切れの肉が入ってました。
750円。普通のお味な印象。有名店のようです。駐車場完備。
