Nakanishi Udon
A restaurant established in 1950 which serves delicious Sanuki udon noodles crafted by hand with the utmost dedication. Also making use of a carefully balanced blend of flours, the restaurant's exquisite udon noodles are made by hand according to a traditional old fashioned method passed down for generations and boiled in delicious well water. The establishment offers six varieties of udon, including kake, zaru, and yudame, as well as a sub menu consisting of side dishes, sushi, and other dishes.
