日本傳統鄉土料理 紅豆餡雜煮是一道加了紅豆餡年糕的湯品,使用白味噌為湯底。暖胃的紅豆餡雜煮,湯底濃而稠,年糕味道甘甜但同時間帶一點白味噌的香味。平時想要品嚐這碗雜煮並不容易,畢竟是過年才有的,不過這間茶屋全年提供這道鄉土料理。

開店直後に訪問しました。客席は、まばらな状態でした。
名物は、あんもち雑煮。
白みその雑煮に、あんこ入りのお餅が入っています。先入観としては、ありあえない組み合わせでしたが、食べてみれば、結構おいしいです。

午後4時くらいの中途半端な時間に訪れました。あんもち雑煮をおやつの感覚で食べようと思ったのですが、これが結構なボリューム。
白みそのお雑煮で、中に大きなあんこ入りのお餅が一つ。これが大きくて、一食食べた気になります。夕食が必要なくなりました。
関東人だと白みそ自体が珍しいし、1日歩いて疲れた体にはその甘さが染み渡るようで美味しかった。
もうちょっと有名になってもいいのではないでしょうか。
