Shikairou
This Chinese restaurant is famous for inventing Nagasaki champon as well as sara udon, two distinct dishes involving noodles with various toppings. The restaurant’s signature creamy and flavorful soup broth is made by boiling two to three whole chickens as well as pork and chicken bones for three to four hours. The restaurant’s building is five stories tall. The fifth floor is the actual restaurant, offering customers a superb view. The second floor is a museum which presents the history of champon. The first floor is a shop.
