It comprises a North Building, South Building, and high-rise residential tower, with a hotel, shopping mall, restaurants, a theater, office space, plazas, rental space, etc. The large shopping area has over 260 individual stores, including fashionable luxury brand boutiques, interior furnishings stores, etc.; many of the stores are their brands’ first Kansai region store, or the Kansai region flagship store.
