森の中に小さな美術館

軽井沢の森の中にこれぞ軽井沢と言った感じの美術館である。シニア料金は８００円、昔は飲み物が出たらしいが、今はクッキー１ケがもらえる。海を渡ったアーティスト展を開催中であった。美術館の大きな窓からは、これぞ軽井沢と言った景色が見える。

リゾート地のナンチャッテ系美術館。国道１８号から町立歴史民俗博物館を左に見過ごしながら狭い山道を登って行きます。ポツンと美術館状態。「もの派の作家たち関根伸夫を中心に」展を見に行きました。入館料１，０００円でソフトドリンクのサービス付き。フラッシュ撮影及び人物を含まない作品だけの撮影は著作権の観点からご遠慮頂いております、の注意書き。自撮り棒禁止か定かでありませんが、お一人様にはハードル高過ぎ。
隠れ家的な立地にある美術館

入場券を買うと飲み物がサービスで頂けるのですごく得した感じがします。小じんまりしたスペースですが、二階にギャラリーもあるので購入することもできるようになっています。場所は細い木立道を入っていくので少し迷うかも。
