Atami Sun Beach (Atami Moonlight Beach)

Beach
This is a beach lined with palm trees, and has a resort-like atmosphere with gentle wave breaking ashore. The sandy beach is illuminated at night and gets transformed into a fantastic moonlight beach. This is Japan’s first sandy beach illumination, which is produced by the world’s famous lighting designer, Motoko Ishii. The beach is authorized in “sacred place for lovers” and at the fountain at the tip of the terrace, there is a monument where lovers can pledge their love to each other.

Nice atmosphere but amazing few people at the beach. Friendly but rather difficult to manage only with english. But as it said. Where it is a hearth there always will be room.
