屋外の芝生広場、屋内プール、ジム、スタジオなどがある施設です。特に何も使わなくても広場で何もしていなければ、子供がボール遊びをしたり、椅子があるのでお弁当を食べたりできます。駐車場もあるので、お散歩にも。
水が気持ち良いプール

スポーツジムが少ないエリアにある貴重なプールです。このあたりの水道水はそのまま飲んでも美味しいくらいなんですが、そんな水を使っているプールも当然気持ち良い。25メートルプールで半分の4レーンほどが止まらずに泳ぐ人向けになっていて、トレーニングに適しています。水深は1.5メートルほどですが、プールサイドには50cm程度の台が沈められていて、ターンがしづらいです。レーンの幅が都会のスポーツジム...
