This folk craft hall preserves and exhibits approximately 3,900 artisan works not only of historic Kagawa, Sanuki, but from all over Japan, including craftwork, household items, furniture, and Japanese roof tile, kawara. Opened in 1965, the exhibition hall is divided into the new crafts hall, the old crafts hall, and the kawara tile exhibit, each with their own permanent exhibits. (The furniture exhibit is closed currently.) It is just a two-minute walk from the JR Ritsurin Koen Kitaguchi Station.
