Sobadoujou is a restaurant where visitors can also try their hand at making Soba noodles. Soba dojo appears a family business producing and serving soba on site.
Soba was unpretentious, fresh and delicious.

国道439号線と県道44号線との三差路にある四国山中では貴重な飲食のできる店です。剣山登山をして二重かずら橋で楽しんだ後に行きました。この先には祖谷のかずら橋まで食事ができそうなお店はなさそうです。国道439号線を行きかう人にはありがたいです。蕎麦打ち体験もできるそうです。山かけそばをいただきました。蕎麦は風味が強く、蕎麦の出汁も風味があって、すんなりと飲めるタイプです。具材はシンプルで、とろろ...
