Hotel Miune is a hot springs resort hotel located in beautiful natural surroundings with mountains on all sides, in the Higashi-Iya district of Miyoshi City. The resort, which also welcomes day visitors, has a large communal indoor bath and also open-air baths. The alkaline hot spring water is reputed to be very effective at treating neuralgia and cold intolerance, and at helping people recover from fatigue. The hotel restaurant features the famous local specialty, Iya Soba noodles, as well as a wide range of other local dishes. The resort is closed during the winter months.

普通の宿よりちょっと制約がありましたが、それを完全に帳消しにしてあまりあるのが、素晴らしい料理です!夕食に出て来る釜焚きのご飯の美味しさ!アメゴの塩焼き、阿波尾鶏の鍋、そのほかすべてが絶品で、酔いました。朝食も良かったです。
そして、温泉!素晴らしかったです。
モノレールの予約をしたので、朝が慌ただしかったことだけが残念ですが、再訪したい素晴らしい宿です。
