The superb food served at Hotoritei makes extensive use of fresh local ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture, including fish caught nearby off the coast of Hagi.

時間をつぶすために寄りました。少しですが、駐車場もありました。当日は近くでイベントごとがあったこともあると思いますが、開店後すぐに待ち客が出るほど混んでいました。
内装は綺麗で、庭園を見ながらゆっくりできるカウンターもありました。
