記念館と名前がついていますが、産業博物館のように思いました。事業の開始時期から歴史が展示されていて興味深く見学できました。地理的にあまり縁がない地域でしたが、産業の遷移を考えることができ、身近に思える場所になりました。戦前は巨大企業だっただというのがわかりました。

アイビースクエアの敷地内にあり、宿泊者は無料で見学出来ます。
紡績にあまり興味がないので、中身にそんなに魅力を感じませんでしたが、最後に砂を入れた振り子があり、そこから落ちる砂の模様は好きでした。
