Hot Spring / Hot Spring Bath

A day-trip bathing facility in Kawamae, Zao Onsen, Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture, with four types of baths available for men and women to enjoy including the 100% source water “Mogami Takayu” and “Shiroku (4/6) no Yu” a blend of source water for people with weaker disposition. Both open-air and indoor baths are spacious with an open construction. There is also an attached restaurant where one can enjoy local specialties including Yamagata beef shabu-shabu and soba noodles. There is also a free rest room in which to spend the whole day relaxing.

日帰り温泉が楽しめる湯の花茶屋では、山形名物馬喰鍋が提供されていた。馬力を付けるべく食したが、臭みもなく出汁も旨く味わえた。Zaoセンタープラザで日帰り温泉入るより断然良かった

こちらの湯の花茶屋は、温泉施設の中にある食堂です。ちょっと固めの蕎麦は、香りも高くて、美味しいです。接客もとても真面目で、ゆっくり出来たのが嬉しいです。

日帰り温泉施設、食堂、お土産屋が入っている建物です。ランチのみで入りました。そばは10割そばとうたっていました。
