夜遅くまでやっていので利用しやすいお店

兵庫には「出石皿そば」と言う有名な蕎麦処のエリアがあるんだ。他の有名店が平均して15:30で閉まる事が多い中夜遅くまでやってるのがまた嬉しい♪ 蕎麦はまず「塩」だけからいただき、次に「つゆ」だけ。そして薬味を投入して味わう。麺は平たく長方形で角がピンと立っている。提供される二八蕎麦は、かなり鮮度が短くカメラでパシャパシャ撮る暇も与えずさっさと食べる事が良いらしい...

口コミを見て伺いましたが、蕎麦の香がよくて、出汁も美味しかったので、また伺いたいです。価格もリーズナブルでした。

2人で来店。半個室のテーブルあり。奥には広い座敷もある。初めて蕎麦を塩で食べた。さっぱりした蕎麦の味とピリッとした塩味が良い。駐車場は店の向かい側にあり。時間遅くまで開いている。
