This art museum is on the grounds of Himeji Park in Honmachi, Himeji City. It's housed in a red brick building that was constructed as an army warehouse during the Meiji period. Its collection consists of about 3,700 works from artists with ties to the region, as well as modern art from Japan and abroad.
