Honten Amagasaki Shiogensui (本店尼崎塩元帥)
A ramen restaurant situated along Prefectural Route 606 in Mukonosohon-machi, Amagasaki City. The establishment serves additive-free yuzu ramen made only with natural ingredients. In addition to the restaurant's signature natural shio (salt) ramen, there's also shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, miso ramen, and tsukemen (dipping noodles), plus sides like gyoza pot stickers and fried rice and other rice varieties.
