Miele means honey in Italian, and this cafe featuring it in their cuisine is about 15 minutes by car from Awaji Interchange. It's the sister store of Nojima Scuola, which is housed in a renovated elementary school. Miele has an open deck overlooking the Seto Inland Sea where you can enjoy original fare and sweets that incorporate honey and Awaji Island ingredients. Their premium burger has an Awaji beef patty with a house demi-glace sauce, Awaji onion, and tartar sauce with lots of egg. Desserts include their honey butter sugar waffle.
