Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park

This municipal park is located in the hilly area of northern Awaji Island and has a view that stretches from Akashi Strait to Osaka Bay. They hold seasonal flower related events like a cherry blossom festival and a hydrangea festival, as well as programs like parent-child craft classes, star gazing, bird watching, and more. The spacious grounds are divided into four zones, including a recreation area with various playscapes that is popular with kids and parents alike. The Oasis Hall in the Highway Oasis Zone has facilities that include a shop, a restaurant serving Japanese and Western fare made with regional ingredients, a sushi shop, a cafe, and more.
