"This location is along National Route 250 crossing the Kowa-bashi Bridge east of JR Nishi-Aioi Station. The Chinese-style buildings are characteristic of this Roadside Station, which is also registered as a Sea Station. Inside, you'll find a restaurant and a goods center, as well as a day-trip hot spring, which has outdoor baths, and a sauna. You will likely notice the mural of ""Dai-chan"" the courageous daikon who is the mascot character. Every year in May, the Aioi City Peron Festival is held. It is a popular spot for Peron races held in Aioi Bay, and viewing aquatic fireworks."

道の駅に寄りたくて検索し到着したのが白龍城！びっくりしたのが温泉があること！今回は時間なくて入れませんでしたが次回入ってみたいです。道の駅に温泉あると車中泊には助かります！お土産やさんやお食事処もあり、郷土料理も堪能できますよ！

2019年７月、岡山県瀬戸内市牛窓方面にさかな料理を食べに行ったとき立ち寄りました。中国読みしたらペーロン城、5月に瀬戸内に面した相生湾でペーロン舟を競うペーロン祭りが有名です。海の駅ですが中国風建物の海の駅、館内には温泉もありました。じじい４人の気楽な一泊旅行、レストランでゆっくりと魚料理の昼食をいただきました。今度はペーロンまつりに来たいねえと、後にしました。

中華風建物の中にある無色透明の温泉と特産物販売所が特徴の、道の駅。いつも温泉（JAF割引で650円。普通は750円）目当てで来るが、イベントで餅つきで作られた餅を売っていたり、特産物の牡蠣を焼いて売られていたりと思わず食べたくなる場所。中華風建物の1Fには姫路駅のえきそばで有名な『まねき』が入っている（行ったときはお休みでした）。温泉の露天風呂は一応あるが、反対側はIHIの工場ゆえあんまり...
