A bread bakery located not far from the Nagasuna Hachiman Shrine. The shop's bread is made with homemade yeast and baked in a brick oven, giving it a crispy crust and chewy interior. The sausage bread, with a coarse ground sausage sticking out, is particularly popular; the French bread slathered with mentaiko pollock roe sauce is also popular. Open from 7:00 a.m., the bakery offers the set menu, such as morning set, apple pie set, croissant set, and more. Customers can enjoy a drink and a light meal in the terrace seating area.

とにかくたくさんの種類のパンが置いてあります。総菜パン、菓子パンどれも美味しいです。またイートインも出来、購入したものを店内で食べれるのでうれしいですね。

見た目も美しいケーキが沢山ショーケースにありました。イチゴとベリーのタルトを購入。タルトはさっくり、中のクリームはたっぷり入っていて甘酸っぱいイチゴとベリーとのコラボが最高でした。シンプルなチョコケーキとかもおいしそうでしたよ。

こだわりのドイツ系のパンもありますし、オリジナルのおいしそうな菓子パンもたくさんある。そして食パンも多くの種類が売られているとても人気のあるお店です。お店で買ったパンをイートインできるかなり広いスペースがあります。私のお気に入りは餡パンとサンドウィッチです。クリスマスの時期にはシュトーレンも売ってます。
