Shirayuki Brewery Village Choujugura

Other Factory Tour / Demonstration
A sake brewery over 460 years old located a five-minute walk from Itami Station. The facility also imports beer from Belgium and makes and sells Shirayuki, Japan's oldest seishu refined sake brand still in production. The first floor of the facility serves as a museum containing some 200 tools spanning 130 varieties actually used since ancient times to make sake. There's a diorama which recreates what an Edo period (1603-1868) sake brewery looked like and there are also photo spots where visitors can take 3D art photos of rice wine vats and straw-wrapped casks. In the second-floor restaurant, visitors can enjoy fresh-brewed sake, beer, and original dishes.
