北野小学校を使った北野工房のまちにあります。小さい店舗が並んでいる中で、こちらのフランツは結構規模が大きくカラフルで光っています。品数も豊富です。
可愛的壺

位於地下街沒有說好找的店，沒有大大的長龍，有許多季節限定的壺，像是布丁狗跟凱蒂貓。布丁吃起來是比較液態，不會像外面QQ的。味道不錯，鮮奶油好吃，焦糖味道偏苦。

「神戸フランツ」は、神戸生まれのスィーツ店で、「神戸魔法の壺プリン」で有名なお店です。神戸には他も店舗があるのですが、絶対買おうと決めていたお店でしたので、まずはこちらで商品チェックしました（購入しようと思ったのですが、その後北野の異人館巡りをする予定で、気温も高かったので、結局後で別のお店で購入しました）。出来立てをすぐいただく必要があり、日持ちしないので遠方に帰る場合は、お土産には難しいので...
