A soba restaurant located in the Arima Onsen hot spring district. Depending on how they will be eaten, the restaurant makes its noodles with flours made from two different varieties of buckwheat-Shinshu Shinano No. 1 and Dattan Soba. Both varieties are used to make juwari soba noodles made with 100% buckwheat flour and ni-hachi soba noodles made with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour, giving customers the opportunity to taste, compare, and choose their favorite mix. In order to allow customers to further enjoy the flavor of the noodles, the restaurant's cold zaru soba noodles are garnished with salt in addition to a dashi dipping sauce. The restaurant offers a free soba noodle making class and, with an advance reservation, customers can choose to make either juwari or ni-hachi noodles and then boil and eat them on the spot.

緊急事態宣言中ということで、閉まっているお店が多い中開けてくれていて感謝です。2回目の訪問。こだわり多いけれど、素朴で美味しいと思います。旦那さんは10割そばのざる蕎麦。私は暖かい天ぷらそば。ただおそばって旦那さんには満腹感がなくて不評です。笑。

有馬の有名お蕎麦屋さん。メニューは英語表記あり。値段について賛否ありますが、ほかのお店も同様の観光地価格。こちらは十割そばなどそば粉ににもこだわりもあって挽いているので値段は相応だと思います。夏は入口でホタルを育成していたり、お蕎麦体験の様子や民芸品の掲示もあって日本を感じる素敵なところ。行楽シーズンの連休や週末は混雑必至。500円以上注文でいただけるおでん一個のサービスがうれしい...

有馬の街を散策していると、あちこちにごんそばのアナウンスが。気になって行ってみました。お昼時は過ぎているけど中々の混み具合。少しだけ待って入りました。忙しいからか、愛想がないと思いましたが、お待たせしたので、とおでんを1つずつプレゼント。そんな心遣いで、すっかり満足です。温かい天ぷら蕎麦を頼んだら、ミニざるそばも付いていて、お腹いっぱい。美味しかったです。
