A museum located in Nihongi, Iruma City. The museum's exhibits look at the natural environments in Iruma such as the forest of Kaji Hills and the Iruma River; the history of the area from the Paleolithic; and key industries which flourished in Iruma such as silkworm farming and silk thread production as well as Sayama tea. The production tooling of Sayama tea is a Registered National Tangible Folk Cultural Property and highlight. There's also a children's science museum area where kids can deepen their understanding of science through experiments and other hands-on exhibits.

2回目は主人について行き津波災害の展示を見たけど前の桜が満開で此方が綺麗だった。

入間市の博物館は2度目です。今回は主人について行きました。東野高等学校が入間市博物館の隣にあった。憩いの市民広場の桜が満開で大勢の市民が花見していた。東北地方の津波災害の展示が3月いっぱいされていた。入口に津波と同じ高さのモニュメントが展示されていた。写真展はテレビで見ていたので。常設展は前に見たので。島根県のボテボテ茶と言う聞いたことないのがあった。入館料はシニアは無料でした。

入間市博物館 ALITで東日本大震災の写真展があったので妻と自家用車で行きました。外には被災者の方が作った作品を展示していた。常設展も見るのは初めてです。加治氏の館は私が今住んでいるすぐ近くですね。今は民家が建っていて面影はない。入間市付近の江戸時代の村の地図です。2階から1階に降りると狭山茶関連の展示、富山や松江の茶や道具、茶室などが展示されていた。
予想以上の立派な博物館でした
