The station has a direct sale market selling fresh, local farm produce and a shop selling local specialty products such as soba noodles and alpine leek pickled in soy sauce. There's also a community center Chichibu-shi Yamazato Nature Hall which offers nature programs and craft workshops, and a restaurant Suzuhiroan which serves noodles and other dishes made with local vegetables as well as seasonal fruit soft serve ice cream.

地元の特産品が売られていてよいと思います

道の駅が好きなので、立ち寄りました。やはり地域の特産品が売られており、結構楽しく眺めさせていただきました。野菜からお菓子まで、手作り感があり、良いなと思います。どちらかというと、町中にあるという感じで、地元の人にも良いかなと思います。

ランチの場祖を探していたところ、案内が立たので、立ち寄りました。うどんが名物らしく、レストランではうどんが一押し。天ぷらうどんを頼みましたが、注文を受けてからてんぷらを揚げるということで少し待ちましたが、天ぷら最高です。お勧めは行者ニンニクですかね？
