"A Buddhist temple located in Minami, Hanno City. A syncretic temple combining both Buddhist and Shinto beliefs, the temple's principal object of worship is a statue of the deity Gozu Tenno. Officially named the ""Iozan Yakujuin Hachioji,"" records state the temple was founded in 857 by the great monk Jikaku Daishi (Ennin). The temple's Kannondo hall enshrines a statue of Sacred Avalokitesvara (Kannon) and the temple is the 33rd and final temple on the Musashino 33 Kannon Pilgrimage."

    境内で懐石料理を食べることができます。ただし事前予約をする必要があります。私たちは3000円のコースを予約しました。住職さんのお話を聞いてから竹の子の炊き込みご飯や近くで採取した植物の天ぷらや煮物など季節感のある食材を食べました。
