Kamogawa Grand Hotel Spa Gallery Uminokairou鴨川グランドホテル 湯屋 海の廻廊

Hot Spring / Hot Spring Bath

This spa is located in the Kamogawa Grand Hotel on the Sotobo-Kuroshio Line. It features an outdoor bath, an open-air stone-encircled bath, and two indoor baths. These various baths are said to provide a variety of benefits. Their Kamogawa Onsen Nagisa-no-Yu eases nerve and joint pain. Their maifan stone bath helps with recovery from fatigue and stiff shoulders, and their komyoseki natural ore bath is good for nerve pain and rheumatism. They have a bedrock bath using maifan stone and a sauna, too, as well as a private open-air bath facing the sea. Stopping by the hotel just to use the spa is fine.

The Boso Peninsula forms the main body of Chiba prefecture, and this is where you’ll find its endless warm water beaches and jagged mountains. Further inland, Naritaーmost famous as the home of Narita Airportーis a secret haven of tradition and history in the form of centuries-old Shinshoji Temple and quaint wooden Edo buildings. Chiba prefecture is also home to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
