This gymnasium is located a 25-minute walk from Kashiwa Station's East Exit, and a 15-minute walk from Kita-Kashiwa Station's North Exit. The arena, small gym rooms, judo hall, kendo hall, archery field, sumo wrestling ring, indoor running course and training room (available to anyone of junior high school age or older who takes initial lesson) can be used. In addition, it also has facilities such as an infant sports room, conference room, showers and rest room.

建物は古い感じは否めませんが、柔道場、剣道場、弓道場、相撲場と豊富な施設となっており、アリーナではバスケのbjリーグやバレーのVリーグの公式戦も開催されます。2020年5月〜2021年2月まで改修工事が予定されているそうです。
