Kuroiso Park

A park located in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture. A renowned destination for cherry blossom viewing in spring, the Kuroiso Cherry Blossom Festival is held here in mid-April, and the grounds bustle with visitors come to enjoy the flowers from around the city and beyond. There's also a community of dogtooth violets in the park whose flowers visitors can appreciate along with the cherry blossoms. In addition, the park is a superb picturesque landscape destination from which visitors can get a view of the Naka River together with the Nasu Mountains on clear days.
