"A Japanese confectionary shop located on the Nagacho Shotengai shopping street in Oarai Town. The shop's popularity exploded after its ""Mitsu Dango,"" skewered triple dumplings which are a local Oarai favorite, were featured in a popular animated television series. Plump mitarashi-style flour dumplings covered with a special sauce and kinako toasted soybean flour, their novel texture combined with their familiar, old-fashioned flavor have long made them a favorite with locals. Customers can purchase a single skewer or sets of five or 10 skewers. Now that Oarai has become a mecca for anime fans, the shop also has anime-themed displays and sells merchandise as well."

ランチがちょっと物足りなかったので、味の店たかはしに寄りました。ここは、５本300円のパックです。自転車でなければパックで買うのですが一本でも売っているので二人で二本買いました。暖かくてみたらしがほんと美味しいです。上にきな粉をまぶしてあります。

甘いもの好きなのでふらっと寄ったお店です。「みつだんご」というみたらし団子的なのが有名なお店ですが、甘いもの好きでも少し甘いと感じるお店です。甘いものが苦手な人はちょっとつらいかも知れません。味は甘いですが、お団子はすごくやわらかく、つるっと食べれます。1本から買えますが「えっ1本でいいの？」みたいな感じで言われますが、相当甘いものを欲していない限り1本で充分だと思います。
ジェラートに合います。

みつだんごだけでも十分美味ですが、店で販売してるジェラート(バニラしか試してませんが)との相性は抜群です。昨年の冬コミで知った食べ方ですが、本当に口の中でとろけるようでした。おかげで戦車道ならぬ過食道まっしぐら。少数ながら店内にテーブル席があり、食べていくことも可能です。
