A restaurant serving creative cuisine created by a chef who trained in Ginza and the United States located a 15-minute walk from the east exit of Ushiku Station on the JR Joban Line. The restaurant serves hasamiage lotus root fill-and-fry made with fresh, crisp lotus root from a specially contracted farm; sweet potato buns; and harihari nabe hotpot made with Mizuna greens and Shurei pork raised in Ibaraki Prefecture. Diners can also taste fresh fish personally stocked by the owner at the market served sashimi style and grilled with yuzu. The restaurant also offers a variety of courses for a girls night out, going away event, or other party.

    This is one of the famous place in this location. They use pretty fresh seasonal vegetables, raw fish and seasonal recommended Sake they surve. Food and sake matching is sofisticated.

    場所はJR常磐線の牛久駅の方にあります。駅からでもなんとか歩ける範囲内にあります。料理はまずまずです。ただ、カウンターの中にいるスタッフの態度にはあまりいい印象を持てませんでした。牛久では人気店の一つですが、私はもう行くことはないかなと思っています。

    有名・人気店で、予約がないと入れないそうです。レンコン料理がメインかと思いましたが、そうでもなく、それが少し残念です。品数豊富なお料理を美味しくいただきました。
