"A tourist information center and local specialty products complex located on the first floor of Tsuchiura City Hall's main building on the west side of Tsuchiura Station. The facility provides sightseeing pamphlets and tourism information, and, in the local specialty products corner, visitors will find products like local soy sauces and foods made with lotus root such as tsukudani lotus root boiled in soy sauce and lotus root curry. The facility's cafe corner serves a daily curry special, such as beef and chicken curries. The ""Tsuchiura Zeppelin Curry"" is made with Tsuchiura lotus root and local brand ""Rose Pork"" pork meat."
