月曜に、土曜のランチの予約をして訪問しました。口コミがよかったから念のためにです。やはり、評判の店で、全席満員で、我々は、２人でしたので、カウンターでした。しかし、ご主人の調理の手元が見えて、最高の席です。ご主人がこの日２０人くらいの料理をテキパキこなしていました。ホール係は奥様と娘さん？だと思います。２人だけです。ですから、大変だと思います。お飲物、給仕。場所は、案内もない、一軒家ですので、知...

平日の病院帰りで一人ランチに行きました。満席ではなかったのですが、大将ひとりで調理しているため少々待ち時間ありだったかな。優雅なマダムたちが団体でランチに来ていました。店内はモダン和風でとてもおしゃれ。機会あればまた行きたいです。手のこった和食と上品な器で癒されるひと時でした。
