A long-standing Hitachi Aki soba noodle restaurant which has been in operation since the end of the Edo period. The restaurant is situated along Prefectural Route 5 between JR Itako Station and Inariyama Park. The restaurant's vaunted juwari soba noodles are made with only 100% buckwheat flour. The restaurant's soba is also notable for its strongly seasoned broth. Plus, the restaurant makes use of ultra-soft water specially ordered from Portugal to make its soba. Together, these measures maximize the unique flavor of the noodles. In addition to soba, the restaurant also offers curry, sashimi, and tempura specials. The menu also includes an abundant selection of local liquors and a la carte dishes, and this establishment is popular with locals, as well.

老舗そば屋さん。

潮来駅からは車で5分ちょっと、駐車場も結構停めれるそば屋さんです。今回はオススメの天せいろをいただきました。打ちたての十割蕎麦が香りも良く美味しかった。店内が吹き抜けなのも開放感があって良かったです。
蕎麦も丼も美味い

店構えも立派なリーズナブルな良店でした。もりそばとミニ親子丼を頂きました。蕎麦は香りも風味もよく、コシもあり美味しかったです。丼は、ミニだけど普通の分量な感じでした。お腹いっぱい、コスパも良いかなぁと。

天ぷらそばも、カレー南蛮も美味しいです。私は鍋焼きうどんが好きです。天ぷらからお餅から色々な具材が入ってボリューム満天で美味しいです。温まれますよ。
